Currently, I am a Senior UX Designer at Vivo, where I lead design projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, user-centered design solutions. My design process involves research, prototyping, testing, and continuous refinement, ensuring that the proposed solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
With my experience as coordinator of the digital area of an advertising agency, I had the opportunity to work with clients from different areas, such as health, retail, technology, among others. This experience gave me the ability to quickly understand each client’s needs and create specific design solutions for each project.
Before specializing in UX, I worked for many years as a developer, which allowed me to acquire a deep understanding of the technical processes involved in creating digital products. This experience helps me to collaborate effectively with developers and engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of my design solutions.
I have valuable skills in software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, as well as skills in critical thinking and problem solving. I am constantly updating my skills to offer the best design solutions.
I completed a postgraduate course in UX Design that provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of UX design. Throughout the course, I gained practical experience in creating exceptional digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
The program covered a wide range of topics, including UX research, innovation, metadesign, design systems, design of services, UI, UX writing, gamification, IOT, and digital marketing. I learned about various UX design methodologies and processes, such as Design Thinking and Agile UX, and gained practical experience in conducting research and analyzing data to identify user needs and behavior patterns.
I also learned about the latest trends and technologies in the field of UX design, as well as the unique challenges of designing for IOT devices. The course provided me with a deep understanding of the principles of gamification and how to create effective digital marketing strategies that support business objectives and enhance the user experience. Overall, the course was an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in creating exceptional digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
Back in 2016 I completed a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a focus on Radio, TV, and Internet, which provided me with a deep understanding of the power of effective communication. Throughout the course, I learned how to communicate effectively across a range of media, including broadcast and digital channels. These skills have been invaluable in my work as a UX designer, where effective communication is essential to understanding user needs and designing solutions that meet their requirements.
One of the key benefits of my degree in Social Communication was learning how to identify and understand my target audience. I gained valuable insights into the way that different groups of people consume and interact with media, which has been essential to creating effective user experiences. By understanding the needs and preferences of my target audience, I am better equipped to design solutions that meet their needs and enhance their experience.
Another important aspect of my degree in Social Communication was learning how to craft compelling narratives that engage and inform my audience. This has been essential to my work as a UX writer, where I create copy that guides users through the digital experience and provides them with the information they need to make informed decisions. By applying the principles of effective communication, I am able to create UX copy that enhances the user experience and supports business objectives.
